Because of the nature of my service, there are no refunds.  I will, however, take every step that I can to ensure your complete satisfaction! 

Every FurReal Friends Squawkers McCaw has been gone over thoroughly and the mechanics well-tested.  All Squawkers and the accessories are in good working order and excellent used condition.

The pictures at the Adoption Center are stock photos.  While all of the Squawkers are feathered a little differently, they pretty much look like the picture.  I send each new owner photos of their newly adopted feathered Squawkers McCaw along with the tracking information. 

Everyone has the Delivery Confirmation number emailed to them....  regardless of the actual purchase.

If I am doing a special request for you, I will send pictures of the wing and tail layouts.  That way, we can easily change things, if need be.  After your approval, I will begin my work.  Once I have attached the feathers to your FurReal Friends Squawkers they are there to stay!  Upon completion,  I will email you finished photos of your Squawkers Macaw for final clearance before shipping.
